Terms and conditions for registration, payment and cancellation
You will get a confirmation e-mail of your registration with a pro forma invoice, which you must pay within 8 days after completing your registration. We will send you the receipt about your payment via mail to the previously given adress. Registration constitutes making an order. Only those can attend the event who have sent a valid registration and paid the fee. In case you wish to cancel your registration with full refund, you can do this until 13:00 on the 5th business day before the even starts. Note that we can only do this if you send us a written application to email@example.com, for we can’t accept any other forms of cancellation. Should you send your application after the deadline, please note that - although your registration remains transferable – you must pay the full fee. You can’t cancel your registration if it was made after the cancellation deadline (within 5 days prior the event). If you registrate, but don’t attend the event and did not pay the fee, you still have to complete the transaction with full price. If you registrate 1-2 days before the event, it is a possibility that we haven’t recieved your transaction; in this case, we accept a certification of your bank about the transaction. Since online registration is considered as making an order, we must inform you that we can’t accept any complaints made after the deadline.
